"The problem is, and I had a Republican strategist on with me earlier today, he's like, 'Well, we didn't get invited into the Committee meetings, we got shut out, we didn't have a chance to read the bill, we want to vote on a bill that we've actually read.' Do you think at this point, I mean, the Republicans are just misinterpreting bipartisanship? Anybody who's been at a meeting knows, you go into a meeting, everybody can sit around and brainstorm and share ideas, but just because you offer up ideas doesn't mean that yours get picked."
