Today's email reminds that Rush Limbaugh vowed to move to Costa Rica if health care reform passed. (Obviously, that's just an excuse for him to get closer to brown-skinned young boys and girls, but I digress.) Well, the DCCC has put up an online farewell card for poor ol' Rush.
